1. To teach scientific knowledge, nurture sound physical and mental integrity, high moral character, and talented people who have advanced knowledge and practical skills in motor engineering.

2. Uphold the principles of physical and moral character and management and practice, and nurture the skills of designing, developing, repairing and managing the motor and the know-how of the motor.
